100% refund of your paid remaining balance minus a £59 processing fee if cancellation occurs 120 days or more before the event. 100% credit transfer onto another Azenart holiday of your choice within 24 months if cancelling occurs 119 days to 90 days. Cancelling 89 - 60 days before the event: 50% credit transfer. Cancelling 60 - 30 days before the event: 25 % credit transfer. Cancelling less than 30 days: 0%.
